These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of noblee-wealth.com and any purchase you make from NobleeWealth Pty Ltd, a company operating from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
NobleeWealth sells curated financial literacy books for young adults, shipped to addresses within Australia unless otherwise agreed. All prices displayed on our site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST.
2. Product information
Every book listing on our site — including its cover image, author, description and price — is generated from our live product database and kept as accurate and up to date as reasonably possible. Occasionally prices or availability may change between the time you view a page and the time you complete checkout; if this happens, we will notify you before processing payment.
3. Orders and payment
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we do not store your full card details. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes, costs and our returns process are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you once your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
5. Returns and refunds
You may return any unopened, unused book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with our Shipping & Returns policy. This is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, icons and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to NobleeWealth and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Book covers and titles remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.
7. Educational content disclaimer
Our blog articles, quiz results and product reviews are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute personal financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and do not take into account your individual circumstances. Before making financial decisions, we recommend speaking with a licensed financial adviser.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NobleeWealth's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
