Shipping & Returns
This page explains how we ship orders across Australia, what delivery costs, and how our 30-day returns policy works. If you have a question that isn't answered here, contact us at hello@noblee-wealth.com.
Shipping within Australia
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for metro areas, 5–8 business days for regional and remote addresses. Free on orders over A$50, otherwise a flat A$6.95.
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days for metro areas, 2–4 business days for regional addresses. Available at checkout for a flat A$12.95.
Every order includes tracking, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or extreme weather events.
International shipping
At this time, NobleeWealth ships only to addresses within Australia. We're evaluating international shipping for the future — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Returns policy
We want you to be genuinely happy with every book you buy. If a book isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided it is unused, unmarked and in its original condition. To start a return:
- Email hello@noblee-wealth.com with your order number and the book you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a reply-paid return label within one business day.
- Pack the book securely and drop it at any post office using the provided label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong book, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different title, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the book you'd prefer — this is usually faster than a traditional exchange process.
Your consumer rights
This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for the purpose for which they are sold.
Payment methods accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal at checkout, all processed through an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
